The Health Trust is raffling a Wii Fit to celebrate the 4th Year of the Member Wellness Initiative (MWI)!!!
The MWI program began in 2005 to promote healthier lifestyles through education and awareness. It targets obesity, smoking, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes - factors linked to heart disease - the leading killer in the U.S. These factors are also linked to various cancers, premature aging, neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's and Alzheimer's) and other diseases. We want our members to understand these risk factors and take a proactive approach when it comes to your health care!
All MWI participants who complete the comprehensive physical between December 1, 2008 and November 30, 2009* will be entered into a drawing to win a Wii FitTM! This is in addition to the $100.00 incentive all participants receive to thank them for their time for going for the comprehensive physical.
